The creation of this journal was an act of love and kindness to myself and to those around me who are dealing with grief. Grief is not just the loss of a loved one, but also the goodbyes, the losses without resolution, loss of connection or place, etc. This little journal is for anyone experiencing loss. While it is written for those suffering the loss of a loved one, plenty of the meditations, activities and coloring pages are appropriate.
