Bird Talk: Daily Chirps for Self-Compassion

This deck of 42 colorful and often silly birds can be helpful reminders that challenges are a part of life. The affirmations are helpful touchstones to bring awareness to thoughts, feelings and behaviors. and the choices we can make in each moment.  

Pick a card a day, at the beginning as an intention or when you need a little boost. Share with co-workers.  Perhaps these could be topics of discussion around the dinner table.  Perhaps as a teacher or a therapist, these can be used in conjunction with other lessons or sessions.  

Regardless of how they are used, this deck is sure to bring some lightheartedness to conversations and a sense of well-being to whomever uses them.
