I created this piece of art from purchased hand made paper. I love to layer my backgrounds, and as I started, I picked up a sewing needle and decided to sew the papers together. The small stitches are what is keeping the papers together, creating this beautiful image of Pikes Peak from the plains.

I especially love the effect of snow on the mountains, the white fence, and the Colorado Columbine.

Available as an 8x10 on 11x14 with a natural frame or as an 11 x 14 print readily framable in a 16 x 20 frame.
