Facilitating Workshops for Women: Cultivating Community and Self-Care

Creating spaces for women to connect in small groups is something I cherish deeply. As I embark on a year filled with activities that bring me joy and fill me with wonder, I’d love to extend an invitation for you to host a gathering with your friends, where I can guide the activities and discussions.

In today’s unpredictable world, many of us yearn for connection and community, seeking companions to support us through the challenges ahead. The strongest connections often stem from meaningful relationships.

These mini-retreats or workshop ideas are crafted to nurture deeper connections within your circle of friends, whether you’re gathering at home or as part of a larger network of like-minded women. Participants will feel less isolated and more connected, enhancing their sense of belonging.

“Gatherings crackle and flourish when real thought goes into them, when (often invisible) structure is baked into them, and when a host has the curiosity, willingness, and generosity of spirit to try.”
― Priya Parker, The Art of Gathering: How We Meet and Why It Matters

Meet with Jan to discuss what kind of gathering you are interested in hosting. There is a small cost per participant and Jan will also bring her self-care products to share.

Here are just a few possibilities:

  • Coloring Your Prayers
  • Intentional Word of the Year
  • Understanding the Body’s Energy Chakra System
  • Growing Your Intuition
  • Intuitive Playful Art
  • Overcoming Perfectionism
  • Growing Your Resiliency
  • Self-Discovery Wheel
  • Sharing our Stories
  • Self-Care practices

Reach out and let's plan a gathering that will nourish you and your group of women!
